By the end of 2020, the GDP of Yangjiang City has exceeded 136 billion RMB, of which hard-ware knives, scissors, and kitchen products have exceeded 50 billion RMB, which is the largest pillar industry in Yangjiang. There are 4,269 enterprises in Yangjiang's foreign trade transf-ormation and upgrading base, with imports and exports of US$2.95 billion, a year-on-year i- ncrease of 26.1%, of which exports are US$2.19billion,accounting for 74.3%. In the base, there are 72 enterprises in the hardware knife and scissors industry with an operating income of more than 20 million RMB, of which 29 are more than 50 million RMB, and 14 are more than 100 million RMB. Yangjiang shibazi, Wang Mazi, Zhang Xiaoquan" all settled in Yangjiang. In recent years, the transformation and upgrading of the base has achieved ten major achievements, including the domestic leading industrial cluster scale, the basically complete industrial chain system, the gathering of a group of industry leading enterprises, the national industrial brand influence, and the continu-ous expansion of the international market share.
